YOUnique Expressions Photobooth Lounge
At what type events are photobooths most popular?
YOUnique Expressions Photobooth Lounge is perfect for all types of events including weddings receptions, corporate events, parties, school dances, proms, reunions, anniversaries, birthday parties, fundraisers, etc. Photobooths are fun and entertaining for all ages.
How does the Photobooth Lounge work?
We provide 2 attendants, one to operate the photobooth and one to assist guests with choosing props and poses if needed, assemble the Memory Book and encourage guests to write a personal message. Guests may choose from a variety of fun props, enter the photo booth, strike a pose and the photo session is started by our trained attendant. A series of poses is taken about 10 seconds apart. The photos print on 4x6 size in dual photo strip format within a few seconds. Our attendant will cut your photo strips and mount one copy in the memory book that is assembled for the guests of honor. Your guests may write a special message to go with their photo strip. The guest gets the other strip to take home as a keepsake of your event.
Can you explain how you get such great quality photos?
We use top of the line equipment and constantly maintain it. Our high quality dye sublimation photo printer burns the image into the photo paper which dries immediately and will not smudge or fade.
Is there a limit to the number of photos that can be taken at an event?
Photo sessions are unlimited during the event time. We take as many photo sessions as the time we are booked for allows. The Photobooth usually runs non-stop during the event once the first guest enters and everyone sees how much fun they are having.
Can guests see themselves before a picture is taken?
A monitor is inside the booth displaying the guests before a photo is taken so everyone can get the perfect pose. We can add an external monitor outside the photobooth (additional fee applies) so guests may see all the fun going on during the photobooth sessions. This creates additional entertain- ment and fun for your guests. As photo sessions are completed they are automatically loaded into a slide show that runs on the external monitor for everyone to see and enjoy.
Do the photo strips print in color or black and white?
YOUnique Expressions Photobooth Lounge can print color or black and white photos. Whichever color option you choose will be set up prior to the start of your event.
Can I personalize the photo strips?
YOUnique Expressions Photobooth Lounge will design a custom logo or wording based on your event colors, theme or style to print on your photo strips. This is included in the services we provide.
Can I get copies of the photos?
A CD of all the photo sessions can be provided (additional fee applies). Please allow a few days for photo editing. The photo sessions from your event will be posted in our secure online gallery usually by the next day, but time varies depending on our event schedule. Your guests may view all the photos taken and may order additional copies in other sizes.
What is the Memory Book?
Ideal for wedding receptions and parties, each photo session is printed as two identical photo strips on 4” x 6” high quality photo paper. When cut apart, the guest gets one photo strip for a keepsake and the other photo strip is mounted in your memory book by the attendant. Your guests may add a personal message and signature. It is a great way for the host to have a lasting reminder of everyone who attended and a one of a kind keepsake of the event. All the personal messages make it even more “YOUnique”. We also offer a Premium Memory Book upgrade option to customize the color of your Memory Book, pages and pens to match your event colors or theme.
Can I personalize the photobooth?
The YOUnique Expressions Photobooth Lounge is available as an Open Air setup with a Black or white fabric backdrop and the Booth and Lounge setups with black or white fabric backdrop and black fabric walls. We offer several add on upgrade options to customize the backdrop color and booth accessories. The doorway scarf drape and background color can be changed to match your colors or theme. We can also customize the Memory Book and pages to coordinate with your colors or theme.
How many people can the Photobooth Lounge accommodate?
YOUnique Expressions Photobooth Lounge is designed to fit 1-10 people but we’ve squeezed more into it. Our Photobooth Lounge is designed to allow wheelchair access by removing the bench, something that the conventional hard wall booth structure isn’t set up for. We can set up the Photobooth Lounge in several ways depending on the space options for your particular venue.
Are Props included?
YOUnique Expressions Photobooth Lounge provides a variety of fun props that guests may use while taking photos. They are not required, but we have found that props add a little extra fun, color and especially personality to the photos. We can provide specialty props for themed events like disco, 50's, luau, etc (additional fees apply).
Do you offer any specials or discounts?
We offer a free copy ($100 value) of all the event photo sessions on CD when the photobooth lounge is combined with one of our DJ Service packages. From time to time, other specials or discounts may be offered.
How do I reserve your services?
A signed contract and deposit is required to confirm your date. Once a booking is confirmed, we do not book any other events for that date in order to give our clients the exclusive attention we feel they deserve.
Where are you located and what area do you cover?
YOUnique Expressions Photobooth Lounge is located in Pelham, AL and serves Alabama and surrounding areas. We are available for destination weddings and events as well. Please inquire about pricing.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes, we can provide your venue with a certificate of insurance if needed.
What if the Photobooth has problems?
We set up and test our equipment at our offices before every event. We do another test after transporting it to be sure everything is working correctly. Outside of a power failure, which we cannot control, routine maintenance for camera adjustments and to replenish paper and ink are minimal. We always carry backup equipment in case of emergency. If needed, it usually just takes the amount of time to flip the power switch and change the default printer setting in our software.
